The stick is intended for disconnecting power supplies to facilities during firefighting and rescue operations. It is used for cutting overhead line connection cables with a voltage of up to 1 kV by the "remote" method. The head with scissors allows cutting copper and aluminum cables with a cross-section up to 50 mm².
