How to purchase products?

VALLIN materials can be purchased through the online store or in person at our warehouse at Latgales iela 322, Riga, or by contacting us via info@vallin.lv. 

Are transport services included in the product price?
Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are calculated separately.The delivery fee depends on the quantity and weight of the ordered products, the distance, and the type of transport used, which is agreed upon separately.
 
Do you provide assembly services?
We are a wholesale company, so we do not provide assembly services ourselves. However, depending on the location of the project, we can recommend professional installers experienced in working with our materials.
 
Are the product colors shown on the website and in catalogs accurate?
To ensure color accuracy, it is best to view the desired products in person. Colors may vary in real life depending on device screen settings or catalog print accuracy.

How to receive your order?
There are several ways to receive your order:
      • Any order can be delivered to any location in Latvia and Lithuania via courier or to a parcel locker, or separately arranged outside these areas. The delivery cost depends on the quantity and weight of the products, the distance, and the type of transport used, which is agreed upon individually. Delivery details (location, type of transport, cost, and timing) are coordinated with the customer in advance.
      • You can also always pick up your order for free at our warehouse at Latgales iela 322, Riga.

How is the product delivered?
For product delivery, we use the following transport partners:
      • Courier service
      • Cargo van
      • Truck

Our staff will always recommend the most suitable delivery method depending on the product’s weight and dimensions.

For delivery, the price includes courier assistance in handing over the product from the transport vehicle. For large-sized products, the customer must ensure unloading.

What should you know when picking up an order at the VALLIN warehouse?
When picking up an order at the VALLIN warehouse, you need to know the order number, which is indicated at the top of the quotation / proforma invoice.
 
Do you make deliveries on weekends?
Deliveries are made on working days only.
